07 / Frequently asked questions

The essentials, clearly.

Do I need to integrate the entire stack?

Vivo’s offering includes integrated solutions and services by company. The assessment starts with the capability your product needs and the connections required to operate it.

Does working with Vivo mean giving up equity?

The website presents two paths: engaging services or submitting a project to Vivo Projects. The 20–40% stake belongs to the published Vivo Projects model; the framework is defined for each relationship.

Can I operate in any country?

Scope depends on the service, entity and market. Tell us where you want to operate so the applicable scope can be reviewed; the group’s presence in a region does not automatically enable every product.

How much does integration cost and how long does it take?

Timing and terms depend on scope. To start the conversation, describe your product, market and the capability you need to add.

What does it mean that Vivo is 100% native to virtual assets?

The core is designed around virtual assets: wallets, a ledger, APIs, custody and compliance controls. Compatibility for each integration depends on the asset, network and market.

How do USDC, USDT and Tokenometrica fit together?

USDC, from Circle, and USDT, from Tether, are stablecoins designed to maintain parity with the US dollar and can support payment and settlement flows. Tokenometrica works on the digital representation of assets and financial products, their rules and lifecycle monitoring. These are distinct functions connected to the same Vivo core.
